How You Claim a Bonus
Claiming takes a few minutes. Follow these steps for the welcome package; reload and cashback promotions follow the same deposit flow.
- Register an account at mybet-pokies.org.
- Verify your email address.
- Deposit at least 20 AUD.
- Enter the promo code MYBET for the welcome offer.
- Accept the bonus when prompted and start playing.
- Complete the 35x wagering within 14 days.
How Wagering Actually Works
Wagering means the total amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Our welcome bonus carries 35x on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Here is a worked example with real numbers.
| Step | Amount |
|---|---|
| You deposit | 100 AUD |
| Bonus credited (100%) | 100 AUD |
| Wagering requirement | 35 x 100 AUD |
| Total to wager | 3,500 AUD |
| Time to complete | 14 days |
If you deposited the full 500 AUD maximum, the bonus would be 500 AUD and the wagering target 17,500 AUD. Progress tracks in your account dashboard in real time. Once the counter hits zero, bonus winnings convert to cash, subject to the 10,000 AUD maximum win from bonus play.
Key Bonus Terms to Know
Every promotion runs under our general bonus terms. Read these before you opt in, because breaching them can void the bonus and any winnings attached to it. Our support team is available 24/7 on live chat and at [email protected] if anything is unclear.
- Minimum deposit to qualify: 20 AUD
- Wagering: 35x the bonus amount
- Bonus validity: 14 days from credit
- Maximum win from bonus funds: 10,000 AUD
- One welcome package per player, household and IP address
- Bonuses are for recreational play; low-risk wagering patterns can forfeit winnings
- Full terms apply to reloads, cashback and tournament prizes
Do You Need a Promo Code
The welcome package requires the code MYBET at the point of deposit. Our ongoing promotions, including the Friday reload, weekly cashback, weekend free spins drops and monthly tournaments, are applied automatically or via the promotions page, so no code is needed for those. If a code ever fails, contact support before you place bets so we can credit it correctly.
